Jonathan, CA compliant just means Rock Island Armory submitted this pistol for CA DOJ approval for sale in California and it passed all test requirements. This M206 employs a standard spurred hammer and a "Black Parkerized Finish".

The main thin is that RIA (armscor) submitted this model and paid the state of CA for the "right" to sell their gun in CA. CA "tested" it and found it to comply with the laws its not a spur less it has a full hammer and it is SA/DA (single/double) email sent to buds for correction of description
