With the 1;7 twist I'd go with these. The 55 grain tend to overstabilize. The 62's fly very nicely. https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/711011938/American+Eagle+.223+Remington%2F5.56mm+62+Grain+Full+Metal+Jacket+ I picked up several Burris AR 332 optics for $174.00 and I highly recommend them. My red dots are Vortex.
Hi Joshua and thanks for your service from a fellow "Addition Skill Identifier B-4" veteran. Out of Buds available ammunition you will more than likely get the best overall accuracy out of the 69gr BTHP rounds (they were for me). This is based strictly on my testing with factory ammunition. I am also a hand loader so custom tuning merits it's advantages as well.
the only real way to know is to try out small lots of different ammo until you find the one that the gun likes I would start with any of the 62 grain bullets and go from there
