Is this a California version because it can't accept double stack mags, or because it ships with 10rd mag? I live in Texas, so I want to be able to use high capacity mags in it

Trey, it has a pinned/fixed stock instead of the folding stock and a CA compliant muzzle brake. Other than these it can accept double stack AK magazines and drums just fine.

the basic gun is the same it has a fixed stock and a different CA legal muzzle brake it will take the same Double stack magazines as the NonCA model
