Stephen, yes this is a recent batch of Beretta LE 1301 Tactical Shotguns.

the specs match what is on the Beretta LE page Beretta lists the model number as J131P18 I suspect it is the newest version but I would call Beretta with the model and upc number to verify 1 (800) 929-2901

Yes this is the Gen 2 Version of the Beretta.
