Keltec Sub2000 Gen2 .40 S&W Black Rifle
Hi Walter, the color is actually "Black" as is the stock. Blue/Blueing is an old outdated term being used for the actual process of finishing the barrel. Blue is a chemical rust preventive process it leaves the metal a deep blackish blue (looks black)
