this model the 3478 comes with 2 -9 round magazines plastic case and a mag loader. the model 3476 comes with 1 -9 round and 1 15 round mag with grip extension plastic case and mag loader Unless you live in a 10 round mag restricted state I suggest getting the 3476 model (that is the one I own)
