Patrick, a Fiber Optic Front Sight will be most effective with the Williams Peep Sight. A florescent paint could also be used on the front sight if you don't wish to replace the Front Sight as well.
no you don't have to change the front sight Peep sights were being used long before Fiber optic sights were invented
The FP336 should not require a different height front sight. The original will work.
