Brian, this would help many folks out but, Buds has an internal policy of not altering/opening firearms or accessories including magazines. Many have asked but, Buds will not budge.

No. Buds will not conduct such sale and I don't blame them. You might have better luck somewhere else.
As long as the magazine is the only thing making the item non-compliant, they can remove the over capacity magazine(s) and ship the firearm without them.
