Carey, this is actually just a "Really Nice" shoot-able pistol. It is not a "Limited Edition" by any means which will not give it the same collectible value as a true limited production pistol. That being said, I have also been in the same boat on other firearms and simply purchased two, one to shoot and one to be a "Safe Queen". Had to hide the 2nd gun from the Misses but, Hey... what can I say.
