It is not Robin. The Magazine capacity of 15rds exceed California's restriction of 10rd limit. Also, there are only a few S&W Semi- Auto Pistols currently approved on the CA DOJ Roster here : https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Smith+%26+Wesson
