Hi Jeff, The Overall length is 39.75". Unfortunately you cant make the 6.5 with this.

Oh Magazine length is 4 inches

Jeff, this rifle uses a 4 round capacity, Hinged floor plate Magazine with a 3.75" internal length. You would need a new barrel and bolt to make this a 6.5 PRC
