Tom, The reason this does not appear on MA approved list is it has the "capability" to accept a high capacity magazine. MA's high capacity prohibited list also states any semi-auto that has the capability to accept high capacity feeding device/magazine is prohibited . "capable of accepting" large capacity feeding device is defined under law 501 CMR 7.02 This firearm is not on the approved list for MA
