Matthew, No. No conversion kit for the P226 to just drop gun into.. You can buy separate barrel, springs and mags

Matthew, yes, you just need a 9mm barrel, recoil spring and 9mm magazine. You can go to 40S&W as well with just a 40S&W barrel and magazine (no recoil spring change needed).
