The Blade-tech Tek-lok is easy to to open. Hold the mag pouch open end up Tek-lok towards you and at the bottom of the horizontal holes insert a thin dull object like a butterknife and gently pry the latch down. Swing it as far down as it will go then squeeze the outer edges of the two outside legs in to unlock them and swing them up.
