no its not new it is a CPO or certified preowned gun ( police trade ins checkout and repaired by sig ) the gun it self is the same but the cpo gun comes in a red cardboard box with 2 mags and a 1 year warranty

Gonzalo, no, it is a Certified Pre-Owned (Refurbished by Sig Sauer) to like new condition. The only difference is the other pistol is "Factory New" from the factory.

the differences between CPO and new sigs are the warranty new guns have a lifetime (original owner) the CPO guns have a 1 year warranty.
