The differences you stated are correct Nicholas. The price being lower is mainly due to more of it being in stock than the RI1826N. Buds prices are tied directly to stock levels which can often make normally higher priced firearms lower priced than normally lower priced firearms. You can save $ at Buds if you learn the "Stock Level" game.
