Kevin, the core P365's are the exact same. The 2 different models will have different sights and the LE model is the QP/LE Package that includes an additional magazine and is sold to Qualified Professionals/First Res-ponders/Law Enforcement only.
One has the Xray 3 day night sights, the other one is the same except it has SigLite night sights, and the 3rd one is an LE model..

No extra magazine in the LE version. It only comes with the same two ten rounders that the regular version comes with. The only difference is the discount.
