No, as it ships with a 30 round mag and they don't separate items.

Raffi, no, it would still not be CA compliant due to the combination of the pistol grip, Flash suppressor or flash hider, telescoping stock. Even without the 30rd magazine (which Buds will not exchange), it has too many restricted features that are not CA compliant.
