Will the CZ 75 Semi Auto Compact accept the 16 rd. and other larger capacity CZ75 magazines? I think I read a comment that it will accept larger capacity mags BUT that the larger CZ75 pistol will not accept smaller capacity mags.

This is correct Tim. Of course they will stick out/down a bit but, will lock in and function fine.

I have one with a light on it I use to compete at the night shoots and use the Mecgar 19 round mags with no problem. The only caution I would give is to be gentle seating the longer mags when the gun is at slide lock because over-inserting a magazine is possible. There is nothing to stop it from being pushed into the ejector on the CZ.
