It does look like the Medium Pack frame. You will need to get the lower back pad and shoulder straps, if the bag doesn't have shoulder straps on it now. The lower back pad has a little turn buckle which helps in securing it to the frame. Myself, I would look for a Complete frame. with the pad and shoulder straps and a Pack shelf. If you Google it, you will see what it is supposed to look like. Hope this helps.
