CZ75 SP01 Phantom just because I prefer the size
This will depend on your intended use and personal preference. I would take the CZ P07 for mostly carry use due to the lower size/weight with good capacity. If you don't mind the larger size then the SP01 is the pistol. I would make a list of what is important in a pistol to you and whichever gets more checks is your choice.
CZ75 SP01 Phantom much more accurate. This will depend on your intended use and personal preference
Both are very good, but I carry the P-07 as it's cheaper, smaller, and I can throw my .22 upper on it for plinking which you cannot do with the Phantom. The Phantom feels more like a CZ 75, but both have a good reputation.
