Yes you can Ryan but, you will need to be mindful of changing the classification of the pistol. A stock with less that 16" barrel would be an NFA weapon and would be illegal without a tax stamp/registration.

if you do put a stock on it the NFA tax stamp and paperwork to make it legal will cost more than buying a Mossberg 715T rifle
