It is not Andres. It has a 30rd magazine which exceeds CA legal limit of 10rds and a non CA legal threaded barrel.

Not it is not ca legal 1st it has 30 round magazines and 2nd it is not on the CA DOJ approved list https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns
