it is a great gun but before you buy I suggest that you spend some time at a range that has rental guns and tray as many as you can the guns you like and shoot will be obvious

The P-07 is a small pistol and would be harder to learn to shoot well. The 75B is standard size and will be much easier for a beginner to hit with. The CZ P07 is an excellent pistol 1st or otherwise Justin. It is midsize, reliable, more ergonomic than most pistols which translates to being a good fit to most hands whether small, medium or large. Good fit handguns are usually good natural pointers most folks shoot more accurately. It does all this at a very reasonable price to boot. Yes, this is an excellent 1st gun in my opinion.
