This depends on the FFL Jesse. I have local FFL's that charge per firearm and a few that includes multiple firearms on a single fee charge. You should contact your preferred FFL and ask what and how they charge.

the transfer fee amount is up to the receiving FFL holder normally between $15.00 and $35.00 per transaction my ffl holder only charges 1 fee for multiple guns that come in on the same order but again this is up to the local FFL holder
