Dustin, this Sig 10mm has an Alloy Frame with Legion Gray Finish & Carbon Steel Slide with Legion Gray Finish. ****Since different vendors list it as either Alloy or Steel**** I'm pretty sure it is Alloy but you can confirm directly with Sig Customer Service at 603.610.3000 option 2 - Monday-Friday: 8:30am – 5pm EST

the sig P series are alloy frames "The slide of the P220 series is a heavy-gauge sheet metal stamping with a welded-on nose section incorporating an internal barrel bushing. The breech block portion is a machined insert attached to the slide by means of a roll pin visible from either side. The frame is of forged alloy with a hard-anodized coating."

All p220 sigs in 10mm are steel not alloy. Made from steel to handel the higher power 10mm.

Direct from a SIG representative. "The P220 10mm Legion model has a stainless steel slide and frame. Only the .45 ACP models have an alloy frame and stainless slide."
