no it does not come with a folding stock and if you put a stock on it it will be a Illegal NFA firearm unless you do a lot of paperwork and obtain a NFA tax stamp prior to adding the stock
It does not Leonardo. Since this is a "Pistol" you can not legally add a stock, folding or otherwise, without registering as an NFA SBR "Short Barreled Rifle" and paying the $200 Tax Stamp. You can add an adjustable "Brace" without changing the "Pistol" classification.
Leonardo, The barrel on this firearm is too short to have a stock without proper paperwork. Once you complete the NFA paperwork and pay the $200 tax stamp and get approved. Folding AK stocks are abundant. You may want to invest in a pistol brace and not go through the paperwork or expense of making a SBR by putting a stock on a pistol.
