You cannot Matt due to their "Melting Point" Laws. You could purchase a newer "Steel Framed" model : https://www.heritagemfg.com/product_detail.cfm?prod_id=53
the old ones were banned due to melting point laws but even the new steel versions will not be legal because the law bans all heritage handguns (by name) and until it gets changed they would still be illegal
