Hello folks. I just asked if this shotgun legal in NYC (New York Citi not state) and if it requires to have a F/A license or/and puschase permit. NYC has different regulations then state. I got the answer about New York State rules. Can someone clarify NY Citi rules? Thanks.

as NY city laws are so different I would call a local FFL and get his advice. If the FFL will not handle the transaction then you are out of luck.

Arthur, I know of folks in Long Island and Queens who have purchased this. Any local FFL in your area will be the best source of local gun legalities.
