Illegal because it has a folding stock and a pistol grip Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following features: 1. Folding / telescoping stock 2. Pistol grip 3. Bayonet lug 4. Flash suppressor 5. Threaded barrel 6. Grenade launcher

No, the Threaded Muzzle with 9/16x24 TPI and Three Position Adjustable Stock with the detachable magazine disqualify it Michael.
