It will be shipped to a local FFL holder (selected by you) the local ffl holder will do the transfer paperwork when you go in to pick it up

Dusty, Federal Law is that it must be shipped to a local FFL and then after you fill out form 4473 with the necessary checks, it will be transferred to you after a small fee usually $20 to $30 dollars.
