I asked this question earlier and was told this magazine was for a "full size" 1911. However, checking with Browning, they do NOT MAKE a Full Sized 1911 (GI size) in 380 caliber. The only 380 1911 they make is an 85% scale Black Label 1911/380. Some marketers are calling the Black Label 1911/380 with the 4.25" barrel "full-sized", but that is a misnomer. It is sized at 85% of the GI model and 50% of its weight. So the short answer is, yes, this mag is made for the Black Label 1911 380.

You are correct Stephen, I looked up the 1911 380 on a vendor site that specified "Full Size". This magazine does indeed fit the Black Label Models which are 85% scale  :  https://www.browning.com/products/firearms/pistols/1911-380.html
