Robin, Absolutely your Colt 1911 22LR firearm will handle these rounds

It should Robin. 22 1911's can be picky so I suggest heading to your local Walmart and picking up a 50rd box of a few brands and once you find what your pistol shoots well, stocking up on what works in "Your" pistol.

2 out of 3 of my 1911 22s work just fine with thunderbolts I suggest that you start with a small box (50) and try them they are dirty and I have to clean my guns more (to keep them working ) with the Thunderbolts In my opinion the best 2 loads for 22lr pistols are cci mini mags and cci Blaser they work in all my 22 semi autos
