The Phantom would remedy the recoil issue for sure. I would first try a 2lb or so heavier recoil spring in the PCR to help dampen recoil as well. This may be the quickest, least expensive fix unless you are just dead set on the Phantom.

I can't count how many CZ pistols I've owned since the early 2000s, but all were metal/alloy framed. Not long ago, I got my first polymer framed CZ, a P-07. Frankly, it's the softest shooting of all of them and the best shooter besides my Shadow 2. I'd highly recommend the P-07 if you want something with a smaller size, but the Phantom is well proven too.
