Will the buckle fit the standard 1'125 inch barrel with the optional 22 mag cylinder? if not is there a buckle that will fit the 22mag with the 1'125 barrel?

No as the dimensions of the gun are different. And i dont see a buckle to hold a .22 mag except this one https://www.amazon.com/North-American-Arms-Skeleton-BBS-M/dp/B01GXQ8FO2

It will not Steve. This Buckle Only accepts the  NAA .22LR with 1-1/8'' barrel and not the longer 22 Magnum Cylinder. There currently is no 22 Mag Rounded Buckle.
