Chad, Not really. If you put raised scope mounts on to sight under scope still no place to put rear sight. If you were going to put rear site on it would go where scope mounts are drilled and tapped. These rifles are built to be scoped and would need to really do some gunsmithing to have scope and rear peep sight on firearm. James G says to call Remington, I think it would be better to talk to a reputable local gun smith. But peep sights and a scope are not feasible to co-witness because scope eyepiece is rear of receiver.

That rifle would have to be brought to a gunsmith to drill and tap for rifle sights. I would not recommend. That is a budget rifle that's not really meant to be modified
