I've asked one of the customer service chat reps about the legality of sending the Saint 300BO 9" pistol to Colorado. He said that the only thing that would make it illegal is the 30 round magazine and that they would remove it for me. I also called them and a woman told me the same thing. Can anyone attest to this? What''s you experience when getting firearms shipped to Colorado that come with a 30 RD magazine?

I live in Colorado I bought both a Saint Edge and a Saint AR pistol (300 BO) this year with Bud's.  They removed the 30 round mag and sent to my FFL and no issues at all.  The firearms are legal in Colorado its just the high cap mag that isn't.  Bud's workaround is perfectly legal.  By the way the Saint Pistol in 300 BO is great!
