Talbert, reviews of actual owners have been quite favorable and Mossberg 2nd to none Customer Service ans Support as well. All three 22's you mention are fine rifles and are similar in features and function. Ruger 10/22's are not the main game in town anymore when it comes to quality 22's.

I would rate it above the rossi and below the savage In my opinion Ruger is still the main game in quality 22lr semi auto mainly because of the available upgrade parts you can make the Ruger into anything you want
