Mark, Yes this holder will hold the single stack 20 round redball magazines.

while they will fit I see 2 issues 1st the 20 round mags may be to long to fit alongside the carbine stock and 2nd the weight of the loaded 20 round mags may cause them to brake or not hold securely I suggest calling High point and asking 419-747-9444
