Can you convert a M&P40 to a M&P9 with just a Storm Lake 9mm barrel change? And 9mm mag change. I have a Storm Lake 9mm barrel and a 9mm mag.
ALSO - Detroit police M&P40 trade ins. My experience with police is they don't shoot much - maybe 500rds/yr. I shoot 15k rds/yr. By trade in put my barrel and mag in - good to go?

Yes  William it will work but you will most likely need to also change your recoil spring

William, the Storm Lake Barrel and 9mm Magazine are good to go. Factory M&P 9mm & 40S&W pistols have the same Recoil Spring weight so no worries there.
