You cannot at Buds William per Federal Law. You can purchase a Buds "Gift Card" and have your friend purchase the long gun themselves for shipment to and transfer from their selected local FFL. (The purchaser will need to be the registered owner).

If you buy it then you have to be the one to receive and do the paperwork on the gun you can purchase gift cards for your friend to purchase the gun with
