brand new and buds does not open the box please inspect it before doing the transfer paperwork

It is new, test fired at the factory. Bud's will not inspect before shipping. You can simply contact Bud's for a return if you're not satisfied, or if there is damage caused during shipping. Do NOT proceed with the transfer at your FFL dealer if there is a problem, they will not accept a return if it has been transferred to you.
