Yes you can Frederick. I would personally stick with the Beretta 92 Magazines.

you can use the beretta 17 round mag but not the Taurus magazine it is not compatible the mag catch on the Taurus is on the opposite side I own both 92 s (beretta and Taurus) and the mags do not interchange

Fredrick, Yes you can use a 17 round Beretta 92 mag. Mec-Gar also has 18 round magazines that work well. Part number MGPB9218AFC BUDs number 48932. Mec-Gar makes great magazines.
