Yes it will fit, but then it wont have the original marksmen barrel, which has lands and grooves. Which supposedly increases accuracy.

Joseph, Gen 4 and Gen 5 model 19 barrels are interchangeable. Model 19 barrel lock profile and dimensions did not change from Gen 4 to Gen 5
