sorry its not on the CA DOJ approved list there are no Chiappa guns on the list https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns

Not currently Chris. Chiappa has not gotten any firearms approved on the CA DOJ Roster. Due to the popularity of these, may they will soon hopefully.
