This gun should come with one 7rd mag and one 8rd mag...what issues are you having?

The mag springs are very stiff and it makes it difficult to load them full. Do not trust the numbered holes. Mine are not the way they should be. Load your mags full and leave them that way and they will become easier to load. It may take several weeks but they will become easier to load.

I highly recommend using the Maglula magazine loader. Really helps to get all the rounds in.
