Samuel, no, Colorado has a 15rd Magazine capacity limit and this rifle comes with a 30rd Magazine making it illegal in Colorado. You can contact Buds Customer Service to see if they will replace or remove the magazine at LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue Chat Now" bottom at the bottom right of the page starting at 9 EST this morning, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).

Just purchased as a CO resident. They sent an email telling me to contact them as there was a problem with order. Called, they simply removed the 30rnd mag and sent it. Feel free to purchase as a CO Resident. Additionally, in my experience, even if it did s hip with the 30 rounder, the FFL will just not give you that and give you the gun. Could be FFL dependant, but as far as Bud's goes, won't be an issue.
