they come with the 10 round magazine and the CA models have been submitted to and tested by CA to be placed on the CA DOJ approved list

Absolutely no difference in the Pistols Pistols. The 10rd Magazines are simply for sale in restricted capacity states. Either pistol can accept/fire either magazine Devin.
