Being a "replica" of an "Antique Firearm" and constructed to fire by use of percussion caps and black powder, this revolver does NOT require FFL transfer in the State of Minnesota. IF this revolver were manufactured so as to be capable of accepting modern cartridge ammunition then is would require FFL transfer in Minnesota.
yes this Blackpowder revolver requires a FFL you can verify this by adding it to your cart then starting the checkout the 1st thing it asks for is your FFL if you do the same with other black powder revolvers they skip this step
