For stability and repeatable zero, I would recommend a "Single Piece Solid" mount. Comes w weaver base for weaver style rings, weaver high quad rings (maybe): Bells larger than 40 mm harder; cheek weld necessary. Scope variable 1x4 2x5, 2x7, 2x8, 3x9.
